Comparison of the Frequency of Bullying in Upper-primary and Lower-secondary Levels of Schools.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to assess the frequency of bullying within the second level of primary schools and the lower grades of comprehensive schools. The first part of the work will primarily focus on theoretical explanation of bullying itself. It will introduce this behaviour along with its forms of occurrence in more detail. It will describe its development, step by step, and not only from the aggressor and the victim's points of view, but also from the audience's point of view (the audience are made up mostly of the schoolmates from the same class). Last but not least, it will focus on the preventive measures, which are supposed to prevent bullying in schools, and also how to detect it, solve it and eventually eliminate it. The practical part will be pay attention to the responses obtained from the questionnaire which will be given to pupils from upper primary schools and students from lower levels of comprehensive schools. The questionnaire will be focused on bullying. Based on the respondents' answers, graphs will be generated which should tell us two things: firstly, to what extent bullying behaviour occurs within the specified levels at these two types of schools and, secondly, how much the pupils and the students are aware of bullying. In other words, how much theory they know about bullying.
Importance of children's play for mental development

The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of play on children's mental development from birth to preschool age. The first chapter is dedicated to general concept of children's play, its definition, the main different approaches to children's play and the basic characteristics of play. The next section describes the main stages of development and play from the birth in the specific periods (newborn, infant, toddler, preschool child) when the exact period is briefly described theoretically and then the most of the work is dedicated to play in this periods. The third section of theoretical part focuses on social groups in which play takes place. In conclusion, the practical part, there is designed research in the field of specifics of children's play preschool institution. Development of children's drawing and fields of application

The bachelor's thesis seeks to examine children's drawing development and fields of application. The first chapter describes children's drawing development from two perspectives: the changing attitudes towards the child as an artist and a time-line of research into children's drawing. Second part of the thesis contains fields of application of children's drawing in therapeutical approaches to art therapy. Finally, practical part offers a research proposal, which aims to survey therapeutical approaches to art therapy in the Czech Republic.
Property crime with the focus on theft

According to the name, my bachelor's thesis analyses property crime focusing especially on theft. First, I describe property crimes (part V of the criminal code), their general characteristics, possible division and then there are mentioned another parts of the criminal code or another laws that have connection with property crimes. However, the most important aim of my thesis is to deal with theft (§ 205 of the criminal code). I am focusing on the concept of theft, its general characteristics and development stages. Afterwards, I am comparing the crime theft with theft as a minor offence. The last chapter of my bachelor's thesis describes all the crucial distinctions between crimes theft and robbery. The whole thesis is based on case law.

Key issues are the development stages and related crises, the crisis of mental and psychological support, psychotherapy, helping profession. Examines the practical interest in psychological help, the specific reasons and criteria that are decisive for the choice of this sort of help. It also investigates specific forms, satisfaction, level and awareness.
